Google+ The Norris Files: Sydney and the Blue Mountains

Sydney and the Blue Mountains

I flew down to Sydney from the 8th to the 12th March as I was fortunate enough to be  rostered of work for eight days. My accommodation was quite close to Darling Harbour and I spent the time checking out The Rocks, Darling Harbour and Circular Quay with day trips to Manly and The Blue Mountains, a two hour train trip from Sydney. I found a brilliant French Patisserie in The Rocks "La Renaissance Patisserie" and ended up going there nearly every day to try out the cakes and coffee. The service was very French but the pastries made on site were the best I have ever eaten and the coffee close to, if not the best I have tasted. (
